HOWEVER, this laptop does not work. It receives power (charger NOT included) but the screen turns on and lightly flickers a gray color with no boot/POST. This resembles some type of motherboard/display issue. The board has/had an AMD E2-9000e processor and 4 GB of RAM. It ran Windows 10 but will need a fresh install on a new HDD (NO HDD IS INCLUDED). Other than that, the rest of the laptops components work to our knowledge. One full disassembly was done but no repairs were ever made.
