Think you could survive a night in with Alien: Romulus? Hulu will start offering the spine-tingling sci-fi horror flick later this month.
The movie pulls a crew of young, naive explorers from the mines of their dystopian colony into an unsanctioned trip to an abandoned space station. There, they encounter terrifying, deadly creatures they couldn’t have expected. Cailee Spaeny, Isabela Merced, David Jonsson, Archie Renaux, Spike Fearn and Aileen Wu star in the film that CNET’s Aaron Pruner described as “a close-knit fight for survival that fires on all cylinders.” Fede Álvarez (Don’t Breathe) directed the new entry in the Alien franchise, the events of which take place between those of the original flick and its sequel.
Alien: Romulus premiered in theaters on Aug. 16 and currently has a score of 80% on Rotten Tomatoes. If you’ve been waiting for the film to hit a streaming service, the big date is only two weeks away. Here’s when you can watch, and how to get Hulu if you don’t already have it.

When to watch Alien: Romulus on Hulu
The new Alien movie hits Hulu on Thursday, Nov. 21, according to a 20th Century Studios trailer.
Hulu costs more after an Oct 17 price hike. Now the basic, ad-supported plan costs $10 a month instead of $8 (or $100 a year rather than $80). There’s no annual payment option for the ad-free plan, which costs $19 a month, up from $18. The price increase also impacts most Disney bundles, which combine subscriptions to Hulu and Disney Plus or Hulu, Disney Plus and ESPN Plus. Another way to get Hulu is to sign up for the separate combination of Hulu, Disney Plus and Max.
