Ukraine’s 95th Separate Polesian Air Assault Brigade said on Sept. 23 it had broken through another section of the Russian border. The brigade published a video purporting to show the breakthrough and the first battles near the border.”This is the second successful operation to break through the Russian border since the operation in Russia’s Kursk Oblast,” the brigade said. Ukraine launched its incursion into Kursk on Aug. 6, seizing around 100 settlements and over 1,300 square kilometers.Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in the US for a crucial visit to present Kyiv’s plan to end war with Russia. Zelensky will present “victory plan” to President Biden, as well as presidential hopefuls Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
