Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu significantly changed the terms of a US-backed truce-hostage release deal, claims a report by Ynet. The alleged changes to the deal proposal was reportedly made by adding a “clarifications” document also known as the “Netanyahu Outline”. The Hebrew news outlet published photographed pages and the content of a document said to be the amended deal submitted by Netanyahu on July 27.
