On September 3, Istanbul police arrested Liridon Rexhepi, a Kosovan accused of managing Mossad’s financial network in Turkey. Rexhepi allegedly transferred funds to Mossad agents in Turkey involved in surveillance, psychological operations, and intelligence gathering, including on Syria. Discovered through irregular financial transactions, Rexhepi was under surveillance since August 25 and arrested on September 3. This marks the first high-profile Mossad operative arrest in Turkey this year.
