All the highlights and results from WWE’s PLE Bash in Berlin 2024 aired from the Uber Arena in Berlin.

WWE’s Bash in Berlin 2024 took place at the Uber Arena in Germany. The European fans were once again impressed with their loud cheers and boos for the premium live event. There were quite a few title matches on the card.

The card kicked off with ‘The American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes defending his title against Kevin Owens. The two began the show with an entertaining bout that had a story of its own. To follow was some tag-team action as the duo of Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair took on the Unholy Union for the title. The eagerly awaited clash between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre might have one more match left in the tank as Punk came out on top.

In the mixed tag-team matchup between Rhea Ripley and Damien Priest against Dominic Mysterio and Liv Morgan also proved to be an entertaining contest for the viewers. Drama ensued as the Judgement Day members came in to interrupt the match but proved to be an entertaining addition.

The return of the ‘Viper’ Randy Orton was one many looked forward to. Many questioned whether the ‘Apex Predator’ still had what it takes and he sure did impress in his title match against Gunther.

Cody Rhodes vs Kevin Owens

The match was based around Kevin Owen making it seven years since being a world champion. Both playing baby faces shared a camaraderie which was evident during the match. Owens wanted to beat the champion at his best, which meant that he did not want to take advantage of Cody’s knee injury which resurfaced during the match-up. However, that ended up costing the challenger as Cody got his momentum back to retain the title.

Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair vs The Unholy Union

In an attempt to correct their loss to the current champions, Belair and Cargill looked to get going right from the very beginning. However, the tag-champs looked to isolate Belair for most of the fixture. However, Belair’s champion mentality resulted in her finding a way to bring her partner in which resulted in the classic tag-team comeback win to reclaim the titles.

CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre

The two have been going back and forth for quite some time. But this time, it seems that the chapter has finally come to an end, with Punk taking the victory. However, it was not easy by any means for the veteran who had to deal with the size and monstrosity that is McIntyre. Nonetheless ‘The Best in the World’ showed his class by powering through the various challenges to get the win.

Damien Priest & Rhea Ripley vs Dominic Mysterio & Liv Morgan

The crowd were ecstatic to see Rhea Ripley in the ring. Even when she made the tag into the ring, the Berlin fans were elated to see the superstar deliver on the stage with her fine performances. The duo of Ripley and Priest were dominant for most of the fixture but the backup for Mysterio and Morgan meant that their path to victory was not an easy one. Nevertheless, Priest and Ripley powered through the other members of the Judgement Day to take the victory over their former comrades.

Gunther vs Randy Orton

Gunther now had his first big test during his Heavyweight championship reign. Randy Orton has amassed vast amounts of experience and has held a plethora of titles during his time with the WWE. So it is up to Gunther to ensure that he can show that he has the minerals to be amongst the greats of the game. The contest proved to be an interesting one. For Randy, it was about getting back up to speed after his extended time off the ring. Interestingly, the two seemed to respect each other during the match. But in the end, Gunther proved that he was meant for the main-event scene while Orton showed the world why he is amongst the greatest wrestlers in the business putting in a fighting performance.
