This time, the conflict is between two men battling for a seat in an almost empty metro.

It is simply an ordinary day, yet again. It implies that your sofa is still cosier than your office chair, your cat is still critiquing your life decisions, the laundry pile has become bigger in size, the remote has disappeared once again, and there is another “kalesh” in Delhi Metro. The only thing that’s known amid the hoopla of “Excuse me, that’s my foot!” and “I was here first!” is that metro Kalesh has become the representation of everyday life in the capital city. This time, the conflict is between two men battling for a seat in an almost empty metro.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter). In the footage, two men are seen shoving each other while fighting arm-in-arm. As the two of them continue to dominate each other, remind you quietly spectators attempt to separate them. Suddenly, more men join in and push them to break free. However, none of them wants to let off the other’s collar first.

Then follows the loop of “Tu chodh pehlay, nahi tu chodh pehlay. (You leave first, no you leave first).” It goes on till the video is over.

It is unknown who was the first to leave the collar. What transpired next or if they’re still holding each other’s collars?

The accompanying caption read, “Babe! Wake Up it’s Delhi Metro ke Kalesh b/w Two Guys over seat issues.”

People in the comments section of the video were not at all surprised at this Kalesh. C’mon! It’s Delhi Metro!

A user said, “Daily ka Kalesh hai ye to Delhi ki Metro me. (This is the daily drama in Delhi Metro.)”

Another user said, “With all the big issues to fight over in India, these clowns decided to fight over a metro seat.”

A third user commented, “Itni sari vacant seats thi fir bhi kalesh krna hai. (Even with so many vacant seats, there’s still a need to create drama.)”

“Delhi Metro is like Ekta Kapoor daily soap,” read another comment.

Yet another user said, “Delhi metro provides u the best content.”

Now, it’s obvious that the metro is famous for its everyday fights (Kalesh).
