Angad Bisht lost to DongHun Choi by a split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) in the Road To UFC Season 3 at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday.

DongHun Choi and Angad Bisht battled back and forth for 15 minutes in the second flyweight semifinal matchup, with a spot opposite Kiru Singh Sahota at the finale hanging in the balance.

Bisht started exceptionally well, cracking Choi with a right hand that caused his nose to instantly begin leaking claret. But the South Korean wore it well and returned the favor in the second, sitting down his Indian foe before collecting another knockdown in the waning moments of the final frame.
