CHENNAI: Actor and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam leader Vijay announced that his party flag will be hoisted at the party headquarters in Panaiyur here on Thursday.The flag hoisting ceremony and release of party anthem will be held at 9.15am, coming just a month before the party’s state-level conference at Vikravandi in Villupuram district.
