The Russian government has made up its mind about the response to Ukraine’s incursion into Kursk, Moscow’s Ambassador to the US Anatoly Antonov said. “I’m telling you sincerely that [Russian] President [Vladimir Putin] has made the decision”, said Antonov, adding that the “retaliation will be tough.” “I am firmly convinced that all those responsible will be punished heavily for the events in the Kursk Region,” the Russian diplomat added.The Russian envoy also said Washington is preparing to remove all restrictions on the use of US-supplied weapons by Ukrainian troops. “They will use US weapons against us. But where? We cannot say and we cannot predict,” Antonov added.
