The brain teaser was shared on Instagram’s Threads by the handle @katherine_kat131 with the caption, “Can you solve this?” According to the brain teaser, if a frog and a sheep together weigh 10 kilograms, a frog and a horse weigh 20 kilograms, and a sheep and a horse weigh 24 kilograms, how much do a horse, a sheep, and a frog weigh together?

The teaser was shared a few hours ago on Threads. It has since then garnered a plethora of likes and comments. Many puzzle enthusiasts solved the teaser and took to the comments section to share their answers.

“It is 27. Add the three examples together and you have 2 of each animal. ?=10+20+24=54. ?=54÷2=27,” claimed an individual.

Another added, “2frog+2sheep+2horse =10+20+24; frog+sheep+horse = 54/2; frog+sheep+horse = 27. Why people are doing a lot of maths?”

“I’ll go with 0 and infinity, as we are not informed how much a letter weighs,” joked a third.

A fourth posted, “I got 27. There is a 4kg difference between the frog and sheep. I guess then it must be 3 and 7 to add up to 10. Then that means the horse is 17, and all those added up is 27.”

Many think that the total weight is 29 kg.
