‘Expired Licence, No Helmet’: Not The Bike Outing Nikhil Kamath Wanted With Rhea Chakraborty

A video of Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha, riding a Suzuki Intruder VZR 1800 ZL2 has created a lot of buzz online. Kamath was joined by Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty, who was riding a pillion. Kamath picked an uber cool outfit for his day out in Mumbai. He was also seen wearing a mask. While a section of users were interested to know more about his bond with Rhea, others were quick to point out that the bike’s licence has expired. A user has shared a screenshot of the bike’s details on X (formerly Twitter) and said that Nikhil Kamath must renew the licence.

Another asked, “Guess is this bike purchased or on rental?”

Meanwhile, some users, in the comments section, pointed at Rhea’s missing helmet.

A user tagged Mumbai Police saying, “Suzuki Intruder bike seen on 29th Road, Bandra near Hill Glade building which has an expired Insurance Policy and PUC. Pillion rider is without Helmet. Will any action be taken?”

Tagging the authorities to his post, another said, “Here pillion is riding without a helmet. Will she be fined for this offence? Or rules only for common people, not for celebrities.”

“You can be sued for taking unauthorised pics and for stalking if this was in any other country,” read a comment.

Nikhil Kamath and Rhea Chakraborty sparked dating rumours after they arrived at a party together in October last year. While Kamath was seen on the passenger seat, Rhea was spotted on the rear seat of the car. The two were twinning in black. Before Rhea, Nikhil was reportedly in a relationship with Manushi Chhillar.
