A shocking video has recently emerged online where two boys engaged in a dangerous stunt in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The footage, shared on X, captures two boys skating perilously close behind a moving truck, oblivious to the extreme dangers involved. The 16-second viral clip, shared by journalist Nishant Sharma, shows the boys skating while clinging onto a moving truck’s slipstream, using it to gain high speed and execute risky maneuvers on a busy road.
While one boy performed the stunt, the other recorded the act on his mobile phone. At one point, one of the boys releases the slipstream and skates dangerously close to the side of the moving truck. Neither of the boys is seen wearing any safety gear. The clip, initially posted on July 27, was filmed near the Bijoy Sarani metro station in Dhaka, as reported by NDTV.
Sharing the video, journalist Nishant Sharma wrote in Hindi, “If he had come under the truck… then his family would have filed a case against the truck, his family members would not have been able to identify even a single part of his body, people get trapped due to the carelessness of such people. Action must be taken!”

One user expressed, “Scary life threading stunt by kids. Reels making need a control in public interest. Meantime parents don’t know where their kids are heading on pretext of coaching/ classes,” while another added, “Wished that the boy could have channeled this in the right direction.”

On a different note, a person highlighted the boys’ skill, commenting, “One of the boys demonstrates incredible balance and skill and his talents should be put to better use. At the same time, what these boys are doing is completely irresponsible, they are putting themselves as well as other road users at risk.”
